Kani Salad





If you don't know she cooks, now you know.

My friends LOVE this recipe! I had to share this with you because it's so simple, it's scary.
This fresh and energising salad is the perfect healthy snack or Japanese side dish.

Grocery list:
Nori Sheet (seaweed)
Surimi Flakes
Roasted Sesame Seeds
Rice Vinegar


Thinly slice the cucumber, shred the surimi flakes, cut small strokes of nori sheets and toss this in to a bowl. Add some of the rice vinegar, mix, and top off with roasted sesame seeds.

That's really all there is to it.
